I live in Mississippi and first met Guy at a vendor event. He gave me a sample of his famous BBQ Shrimp and told me it would be the best bite of food I ever had. He wasn't lying! I bought a jar, but I needed more within a couple weeks. Everyone in our family loved it, so it went fast. I drove all the way to the Northshore to get more. It was worth it. Needless to say, I bought 6 jars this time!

I love New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp and have had some really incredible recipes. It takes a lot to impress me. But WOW! Guy's BBQ Shrimp is some of the best I've ever had. He has his recipe and cooking procedure down to a science...The butter didn't break, and it wasn't oily like most recipes I've had. I followed the instructions, and ended up with an absolutely perfect BBQ shrimp dinner.
